Reading Messages

Selecting the subject of a message listed in the Inbox opens it for the user to read, reply to, forward or delete.

Messages can also be downloaded and saved as a text file, in the UTF-8 character set. Attachments can be downloaded, or both the message and attachment can be downloaded as .zip files.

When ZixPort displays the message, it retrieves the timestamp using the time zone of the user’s Internet browser. If the user’s time zone cannot be retrieved, the timestamp is displayed in Central Standard time.
